When it comes to installing a new air conditioning system in your home, there are a lot of steps to go through. Unless you have the proper training and experience, this is a job best left to our team of highly qualified HVAC contractors. To ensure that your new installation is handled correctly and that all procedures are followed in accordance with industry standards, our staff has the expertise you are looking for and deserve. We guarantee that your professional installation is completed successfully and that you have the essential service and manufacturer's guarantees in place, we recommend that you contact us for your entire replacement as soon as possible.

Comprehensive Inspection and Information

First, we'll conduct a thorough evaluation of your current HVAC system, including a detailed layout of any additional wiring or ductwork required to meet the demands of the new system. Our Comprehensive inspections are crucial and we need to collect as much information as possible in order to present you with an accurate estimation. If the job requires specific equipment, the installation staff will be able to bring it with them thanks to this step. Our professional installation team has access to all of the information as well as the inspection records and any talks that were discussed during your installation assessment. Having the right information before the day of installation improves the success of the job being executed effectively and quickly.

Installation Day

We believe in open communication at all times because safety is always at the top of our priority list. Before allowing a stranger into your house, we provide you with all the information you need to know about each member of your installation team. Both you and our installation crew will appreciate the importance. When we arrive, our project manager will go through the job details with you one more time. Equipment specifications, accessories to be installed, and any special instructions given by the estimator on inspection day will be included in our installation checklist. Once you and the installation team are on the same page, we begin laying down and protection needed and setting up our tools and equipment. The first step in the installation process is to shut down the existing HVAC system's electrical and gas supplies.

New System Preparation

Before the new air conditioner can be installed, the current position of the air conditioner will need to be prepared. Generally, we need to replace the pad on which your new air conditioning unit will rest. The ground can also sink at times. The surface must be leveled before the new pad can be installed. We are pleased to supply a gravel base with professional and approved composite pads for the area where the new air conditioner is to be installed. If the air conditioner ever needs to be leveled in the future, our composite pad, which was specifically intended to be installed outside and to last the lifetime of the new unit, can protect the unit from being damaged in the process.

Complete Installation and Duration

Once the area has been prepared for your new air conditioner installation, we begin with the finer aspects. As a full-service HVAC contractor, we take care of everything from wiring the evaporator coil to setting up the new condenser and ductwork. The time it takes to install a new air conditioning system depends on the type of system you choose. It can take as little as four to eight hours for a typical air conditioning system. When it comes to installation of a new heating and air conditioning unit, it can take between three and five days.
